We are looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives into new accounts within the financial services marketplace as we expand our operations in DACH, leveraging an array of existing customer success stories.
Define, develop and execute a revenue driven Territory Plan
Take responsibility for ensuring that growth and quota objectives are achieved within your territory
Establish a thorough understanding of market influences, business drivers, the competitive landscape and the partner ecosystem across your territory
Provide guidance & leadership to all functions involved in executing the territory plan, including marketing, sales development, presales, alliances and professional services resources
Identify appropriate alliances within your territory in conjunction with the Alliances organization
Ensure that the benefits of clients use cases are understood and communicated at all levels within all key accounts
Identify and qualify opportunities for incremental revenue within any existing accounts, and seek to achieve full deployment of clients licenses within them
An accomplished sales professional, you have a demonstrable track record of successful sales of Enterprise solutions, ideally involving database, search, document management, content management or analytics software
A thorough understanding of selling into the Financial Services sector. Experience of capital markets would be beneficial
An achiever who thrives in a new business development role where your skills in prospecting, qualifying, nurturing and closing drive consistent success
The ability to convey the benefits of a NoSQL solution in business terms
A strategic outlook and structured, disciplined approach to Territory and Opportunity planning
A strong relationship builder with the ability to assemble and lead a virtual cross-functional team to meet and exceed sales objectives
